Timico account login

Does any know how we can log into our timico account? or have we got to create one after migration from coms to timico.

I had to phone the support desk and get them to provide new login's. Turns out the email stating these would not change is not correct for more than they thought.

Thanks, yes.

Alan - Also there is a MyTimico account (https://my.timico.co.uk) that you can register for where you'll be able to see billing info and usage data. But this won't work for Coms customers until October so not much point registering for it yet smile

Have you managed to get online - I take it your line didn't autoreconnect?

So how do migrated customers monitor their peak usage between now and October? Coms no longer have the line, so their dashboard stopped updating and if we can't have Timico's until October we are as customers flying blind.

Has this fallen down a gap as well?

Thanks Neil,i tried a few times first to get back online.But had to contact support and was given new login's for my router.Been back online about an hour and a half to two hours now.

I'll wait until October to register my account.

Hi there,

This was a problem we anticipated. The line is with Timico but the billing is still with Coms, we expect to migrate the billing to Timico systems in October. Between now and then usage outside of the allowance is effectively not being counted, so there is no need to monitor usage.

Thanks Neil, that helps as its one less thing to keep an eye on.

Assume a notification will go to migrated users when the portal is available and the usage allowance is in place.

Yes, we'll be emailing everyone a 'welcome to Timico' or something like that when we're ready to bring across all the billing information in September and at that point we'll be recommending folks signup to MyTimico.

Hi Steve,
No need to change anything on payment front yet. If/when payment details change we'll email you. So carry on paying however you were doing last month. We're likely to change billing details in September or October (still TBC depending on systems, resource, etc.)

I got an e-mail today about payments... and I'm not even a Coms customer anymore!

Since the 1st June you have been invoiced by Timico Limited T/a Coms,
however, you have made a payment into the Coms.com Limited bank account
for these invoices. Please can you update your systems with our bank
account details below before your next payment and confirm by email:

I got an email saying "your line is now activated with Coms" giving my login details the day that i migrated away from them laugh Wouldnt trust what they do or what they email

Just thought I would add an update. Unfortunately no internet this morning. I could see the modem disconnection and then not authentication. A phone call to Timico however was answered very promptly and told to try another username and password as there had been some issues with certain users (not surprised really based on a couple of issues I had had with coms.plc)..Upon arrival home I updated router settings and all is now well. It is a shame that my original username and password didn't work first time however these things do happen and I am pleased that Timico have been so upfront about my issue and resolution.

My experience so far are increased speeds and lowever latency that is a vast improvement compared to what I did have so although it's only been a short time am very happy so far. Long may it continue.

I am yet to negotiate the payment system but I have no fear as the company does appear to be trying.

I'm glad i got new login details for my router as with coms i only had a 4 digit password for my router which gave me.With getting my new router detail from phoning timico this morning,i now have a longer password and i'm happy with that.
