That's the cracking Uno customer service, and yet such low pings here too.

That looks like someone is maxing out their line tbh

since the minimum ping hasn't move at all.

Blame the TBB BQM for not giving fine enough readings. I have exactly the same type of BQM built into my Uno control page. Min latency varies from just over 9 to just under throughout the day. Also, I see others exactly the same on a good line.

Impossible as there is no way of getting 76.95Meg throughput speed because the BT IP Profile would set at 77.35Meg as you probably getting around 74 to 75 Meg at the maximum throughput speed.

Impossible as there is no way of getting 76.95Meg throughput speed because the BT IP Profile would set at 77.35Meg as you probably getting around 74 to 75 Meg at the maximum throughput speed.

Could be using TT backhaul in which case no BTW IP profile , So a max throughput of 76mbps is quite possible, I see around 75-75.5mbps max with Zen using BTW

Nup, impossible to get more than 75.01 mbps on TT. Anyway Uno don't offer TT based FTTC packages (yet).
