Their DNS servers are completely down, meaning many broadband customers cannot access websites until the servers are changed to an alternative (eg. 8.8.8.8). The broadband connection then works fine.
All Uno/Xilo related websites (except for status.uno.net.uk which shows All Systems Operational!) are also down, including the Uno control panel and support pages and all hosted websites.
I would ordinarily submit a support ticket to Uno regarding this - however with the ticket system down I'm left posting on a forum!
