Am currently on TTB Fibre Pro. I took out this plan in Jan 2018 when the special offer was on. This was a 12 months plan.
As this plan is about to finish, I was wondering what happens next ie do I automatically get rolled over to the 1 month or 12 month contract?
Tried to speak to someone at your office but that person could not help or transfer me to anyone who could help, nor could she tell me to which dept I should be sending a ticket to.
I presume that there is no TTB special on this year.
Can someone at Uno provide me with some clarity please
