Shell bought First Utility in early 2018 and rebranded it to their own name in March 2019.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Three 4G, tbb tests normally 35-45Mpbs down, 65Mbps off-peak, 9-24 up.

TTB reseller but their is a group on Facebook called Shell Energy worst customer service ever. With people claiming to be billed hundreds of pounds when trying to leave the energy service. I am with the Energy service and had no problems. Seems if you dont have to deal with customer service or switch you wont have a problem.

Thanks.

Are they contactable via email or are they one of those firms that insist you use the phone and restrict customers to calling during business hours?
