Anyone having slow single thread download on Cerberus?

[link to this post]

Hi all,
Possibly a long shot but while I investigate potential possibilities my end I thought I'd ask on the forum if anyone using Cerberus Networks is having a slow single thread download speed (at least today)?

I noticed my downloads appeared slower than usual. I tried a variety of other websites to see whether it was just the websites I was downloading some files from, but they also yielded similar or worse results. Typically up to 100 megabits download. A multi thread speed test generally yields better results. I wouldn't expect single thread results to be 100 megabits or lower on a gigabit FTTP connection however.

I'm not wirelesly connected and my package is 1000/120 (or something close to that).

Ping also seems normal to a variety of servers I've tried.

I've disabled QoS on my CCR2004-16G-2S+ router for the moment, here's a recent speed test result:
My Broadband Speed Test

Thanks.

EDIT: From the lack of replies so far I'm guessing it may just be me. The problem is still the same at the moment (now nearly 11pm). I'll power cycle my ONT soon as well as the router and switch to see if that makes any difference. Failing that I'll have to also consider factory resetting my CCR2004 to a basic setup and try again, directly connected to it (not via a switch), to help eliminate anything here.

I don't think it's anything here but it's better to be fairly sure considering Openreach's charge if they find the fault is with the user or even no fault on their side. That's assuming an engineer visit will need to be arranged.

If it is something on Openreach's side, or Cerberus's side, that's affecting a minority of customers (or maybe just me) then I also need to consider whether it's really important to fix it as Lightning Fibre should be available here very soon (ideally within the next few weeks at most, if the ETA a member of staff provided me with isn't highly inaccurate). I plan to switch once it's available.

For me it was something that happened when I upgraded my switch from an EdgeSwitch 16 to a Mikrotik CRS326. For some reason the LAN devices which had a 10 gigabit capable NIC had certain settings changed relating to TCP negatively affecting their overall throughput. How it happened I don't know but I'm happy to say it wasn't Cerberus's problem.

EDIT: Incorrect product name, early in the morning.
