Is Aquiss FTTC Option 2 SOGEA?

[link to this post]

Currently have FTTC and line rental with Zen and I'm thinking of switching to Aquiss. I noticed on their website there is Option 2 without phone / line rental.

Is this a SOGEA product or is this for customers who pay line rental to another provider?

I'm happy to migrate to SOGEA as we use our mobiles for calls.

Thanks

Have you asked them?

Connections: OnePlus 8 Pro on Three 4+ (LTE)/5G and at home Three Mobile, with (Three)ZTE MF286D router giving about 113/20Mbps.

I've just called their sales line as I've just finished work.

It's not SOGEA, you need line rental / phone with another provider.

Anyone got any suggestions for a mid tier ISP that sells SOGEA?

My reason to change is that I'm currently on Zen LLU and fed up of being switched to the Manchester gateway in the middle of the night and my latency doubling

IDNet do, however you may still end up with a Zen backhaul. It would be worth asking them the question though.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'd dismissed IDNet because of Zen backhaul, but if they agreed to put me on TT backhaul I might be tempted.

I migrated from Plusnet FTTC to Zen SOGEA earlier in the year, on their backhaul and haven't had any particular issues.

CIX now only sell SOGEA or FTTP, for backhaul they use TTB for SOGEA, BT Wholesale for FTTP.
