Anyone else having problems woith Fibrehop in Milton Keynes?

Connection died twice today but the speed im getting is less than 5 down and 400 up. Should be almost 900 each way.

Spoke to support who said they are trying to fix it and reroute traffic but there is nothing on their website.

I had this problem in Gloucester as well so assume it was nationwide - I have noticed since the issue was resolved there is now consistently a 5-6ms delay added when Fibrehop handover to transit (Cogent) on all of my ping monitors so I'm not sure how 'resolved' it actually is in practice.
