Giganet routing to anycast IP in Brazil

[link to this post]

The route from Giganet to anycast b.gtld-servers.net (192.33.14.30) is currently going to Brazil.
Given there are several European locations for the same IP - I suspect there is some misconfiguration, probably with BGP or route announcements.
Can someone shed some light why this is happening?

The owner of the IP or the AS it is within may have misannounced a route?

I see the same from Cerberus (also going via 195.66.227.204 at the LINX), so it's not just Giganet.

The LINX route collector shows .204 as Globenet:
https://alice-collector.linx.net/search?q=192.33.14....

It looks like there ought to be better routes, but peering policies can be strange.
