I am a current long time user....

However
Seems that New users have a much better sales offer than loyal customers, which seem to be excluded?
Hmmm ??
Nasty dirty sales technique IMHO ?
I used to have a V high opinion of Uno ( Nee' Zilo) ........ Deeply resent being [removed]

Any others considered their position on this
????

All (new and existing) customers have the same offers, we do not do "new customer" offers.

Longer terms were added very recently but for the services we already offered, the 1 and 12 month term pricing did not change.

It was Xilo.

Connections: OnePlus 8 Pro on Three 4+ (LTE)/5G and at home Three Mobile, with (Three)ZTE MF286D router giving about 113/20Mbps.

I have removed part of your post due to inappropriate masked content/filter evasion.
We usually would remove the entire post but as this was a one off I've made an exception.
