Help needed with city fibre no one internet please

Hi all

I have tried searching the forum for an answer to this but haven’t been successful I’m afraid.
I had my new fibre installed today the full 900 package from no-one, basically I’ve managed to reset my router which came preset and have lost all of the pre configured settings.
I haven’t the greatest knowledge on all of this but I believe I’ve discovered the Vlan Id should be 911? Or is this wrong?
Could anyone shed any light on what settings I need to enter into the router please?
I have several risk assessments I have to complete for work tomorrow and currently have no internet other than a very unreliable 3 mobile 4G which will take hours to download and upload all of the form.

Help please…TIA

Why not call No One in the morning and ask them?

When you have got the router working, if possible save a copy of the settings.

Is there anything in the box with the router? How about in your portal when you've logged in?

Seconding the "call them" suggestion.

I wanted to see if I could get it up and running tonight so could get some work stuff done ready for tomorrow, I’ve given up now and hit the sack, another day tomorrow, will give them a call.

You should have been provided with a Technicolor router from No One Internet (I did), unless you chose not to have one.

The router they provide is pre-configured.

However if using your own router, it NEEDS to support VLAN Tagging and be on VLAN 911

Your username / password for your router should be in your No One Portal online (access via 4G or something).

Failing that, give them a call and they should help - they've been very responsive to me so far.

I called them today and explained what had happened, they’ve given me a username and password and the Vlan id, im assuming I have to select is it pppoee connection type? I’ve entered the username and password and set the Vlan id but I’m still not getting network connection, I’ve got a Mercku 6a router.
I’ve only just gotten home from work so can’t call and will be working Saturday and Sunday so unable to call them then, will have to wait till Monday unfortunately, really do need the internet on as I use it for all my tv services etc etc, what a nightmare.

I'm with No-One - looking at my Technicolor router config it's PPPoE (operating MTU of 1492), VlanID as you say, so that should work (assuming your extra "e" is a typo). Their service has been very solid for me.
