BRSK - Need to update coverage map!

Morning all

Needless to say I'm here to vent my spleen a little! After booking with BRSK a few weeks ago for a installation on Tuesday when the engineer came and spent a little time doing what engineers do I was told I couldn't get what I ordered. I did order more than a week before the visit as I was moving in on the Saturday so there was time for a look to see that the infrastructure was there. Unfortunately the nearest point they have run the cable is about 30 yards away. So I am now waiting for an update as to whether they can run the line after all. I have called daily just for an update but nobody can give me anything. I am holding on for dear life hoping I can get the FTTP which the postcode checker says I can get before I have to bite the bullet back to steam powered copper BT.

Good luck. I am 100 yards from Brsk's network. In my case Brsk have ignored anyone supplied by duct, concentrating on the easy installs from telephone poles.
