Is there a Toob Rep on TBB that could help?

Dear Toob Rep, I'm getting very bad packet loss, reducing my single thread ( usual / normal ) download speed to as low as 40 Mbps or less at times with a 900 Mbps broadband...

While using an app to trace the route of the cause to this sites standalone HTTP test, and other other sites, it shows tha there is an issue e.g.::


ae-7.r20.londen12.uk.bb.gin.ntt.net 129.250.4.140

and

ae-13.a03.londen12.uk.bb.gin.ntt.net 129.250.3.249

Both have in excess of 25% packet loss at times (off peek)
