ISPs on F&W Networks (HeyBroadband alternatives?)

[link to this post]

F&W Networks have installed fibre in my area (Ealing, West London). The ISP putting the most flyers through my door is HeyBroadband, but there are some pretty negative reviews online about them. I realise most altnets are relatively small companies, but I'm trying to determine the most reliable ISPs available on F&W Networks.

Helpfully, F&W Networks has a list of "Current Partners" (https://fwnetworks.co.uk/partner-with-us/current-partners/). I don't know how up-to-date that list is, but I checked the 10 companies listed to see which provide consumer broadband in my area. Of the 10, 4 show F&W-based service available at my postcode.

I'm trying to gauge the maturity of the 4x ISPs providing F&W-based service in my area:

* Fresh Fibre
* HeyBroadband
* Link Broadbands
* Octaplus

If anyone uses those services, I'd be interested to hear your experiences?

For reference, here are the 10 "Current Partners" listed by F&W:

Consumer broadband provided, F&W fibre-based service available in postcode area
* https://freshfibre.co.uk/
* https://heybroadband.co.uk/
* https://linkbroadbands.com/
* https://octaplus.co.uk/

Consumer broadband provided, only BT-based service available in postcode area
* https://www.hometelecom.co.uk/
* https://www.v4consumer.co.uk/

Consumer broadband provided, service NOT available in postcode area
* https://gigabitnetworks.co.uk/
* https://www.merula.net/

Business focussed, no postcode lookup

* https://www.glemnet.com/
