Hey!Broadband contract ending

Hi All,

Has anyone negotiated a new contract with Hey! after their existing term has ended?

Currently they're offering their 1Gb connection for £25, but this seems to be for new customer only.

Any tips on getting another deal from them?

I did last year. 2 months before contract ending I contacted them and said I would renew for another 24 months if they could put me on the current advertised deal. They did. Was paying £45/month, went down to £29/month.

Thanks! I managed to get them down from £35 to £30, including a static IP.

Nice - presumably that's the £25 deal + £5 for the static IP.
