For the past few days Jurassic Fibre customers have lost some connectivity with mobile apps connected via WiFi. The apps will open but just display spinning circles waiting for data, switching off WiFi and the data over 5G works fine.
Some of the apps showing the issue include BBC News/Sounds, EE, MySky, Spotify, Play Store (apps never finish installing). The issue seems to affect Android and Apple phones.
Workarounds - use a VPN or have your router set to bridging mode.
Jurassic Fibre are aware but have no update on why or how long a fix will be and have not made any official statement about the problem.
Anyone have any futher information about the issue?
