Hey! Broadband and blocked pipe. How to accerate the process

Hey folks,
I'm really lucky so I won a jackpot of having a blocked BT pipe that stops Hey! Broadband folks to complete the installation. They told me they have to contact Civil Works team (third-party contractor) to remove the blockage so that they can proceed with the installation.

How long will it take if we are talking about real timeline? They mentioned 2-3 weeks..
