Favour needed please can anyone reach https://my.xilo.net

I am trying to log in to my Xilo, but I get "problem loading page" using Firefox and Palemoon browsers. In Firefox, I also tried by clearing the cache/cookies and turning off all extensions, and I still can't get the login page to load: https://my.xilo.net

The main site loads: https://www.xilo.net/ with no issue, but whether I use my bookmark for logging in or click "login", the same result, as follows:

The page isn’t redirecting properly

An error occurred during a connection to my.xilo.net.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies./end quote

Can I ask if anyone else has the same issue, or is it just me? It happens on both of my browsers (Windows). I have also tried using my Apple iMac and Firefox, and the same thing happened: "problem loading page".

I also tried Safari on the Apple Mac and that also didn't work:
"Safari can't open the page"

It's a problem at xilo.net. The site is returning a 302 response, meaning that the resource has moved and provides a new URL for the moved resource that points back to itself. This is a classic infinite loop.

No issues for me to get to the logon page. ISP=Cloudscape, Browser=Google Chrome.
BUT Checkout https://status.xilo.net/?pk_vid=eff34856b3963e941750... as it shows all is not well.

Thanks for checking. I can get there now. The one time I didn't check the status page for any faults explains why I couldn't reach the login page.

https://status.xilo.net/ if you need it (again in future) - might be work bookmarking it - although if hosted in the same ASN that might fail at the same time as they main site

Thanks, I am aware of the status page. This was the one time I didn't check it to see if there was a problem! Everything was back to normal when I checked again yesterday morning.
