Zen to Aquiss, cancel date from Zen, but no start date

[link to this post]

Hi

I'm moving from Zen to Aquiss (both on Cityfibre, same speed). Zen have emailed me my end date of the 27th October, but I've not got a start date from Aquiss yet.

I'm assuming there's nothing to worry about, and whenever the switchover happens tomorrow I'll just need to update my login details on the router, or should I have expected a confirmation start date for Aquiss?

I know I could raise a ticket, but if I can get away without asking them a daft question and someone over here has the answer, then great.

Thanks.

Raise the ticket. Aquiss are good at questions like this.

I did, and they are. All sorted. TBH, hadn't expected a response tonight.

Hey Fredfox,

I can see that Jean replied to you at 21:04 last night and confirmed things.

I can also see you have now gone live with us and currently online smile
