Was it @login.adsl24.co.uk or something else? As we still dont know if after the changeover we will be on adsl24 network or Coms

Yes but only time will tell if the new service will be on a par with what we have now.

I think I must be becoming a luddite in my old age as I can't help but feel that the change won't bring anything good or worthwhile. Perhaps James has £ signs in his eyes.

Some more info i found. Have a feeling they're going to be using the adsl24/Daisy network, and just rebranding it

Rebranding ADSL24 I assume you mean? They went to Daisy (Murphx at the time) years ago. Soon after Enta took WBC, with the chaos that caused.

Although according to the email that adsl24 sent in error, we will be getting slightly different usernames to connect with. Not too sure why
