Re: ADSL24 > Coms migration. What could possibly go wrong?

It seems that someone in support listened to my VM and has tweaked my downstream SNR, so that's rattling along at a nice high speed now. Many thanks to whoever did it.

Anybody else have a break today (weds) from 1912 to 1915 or was it just me?

Also maybe it's just me again but according to the stats I seem to have used about double the amount of bandwidth that I would normally have used in ten days considering it's just been browsing, though I could be wrong

Mine went down at 14:12 but assumed that was connected to profile reset. Nothing since. Logs don't look out of the ordinary either.

Thank you for the positive feedback, it is appreciated. We are here to help. Most things we can resolve.
The quickest route as always is to call into the team however please do not hesitate to PM Dan or myself.

Please keep the queries coming as Dan and I are keeping a close eye on things.

Sort of. I notice that the line has dropped sometime overnight. But with the storms and everything, who knows what's been going on with my copper. Apart from that, the service has been nice and reliable and fast.
