Outstanding PN issues.

[link to this post]

Hi all,

Now that everyone has apologised and made up we need to bring back the urgent issues that need a resolution. I would appreciate input, constructive or relevant to the topic, from everyone and also a response from the PUG.

1. Connection problems - People that are suffering downtime, technical problems or non-resolution with their connection need or should be paid compensation and told how much will it be. Will PN agree to release customers from their contract for non-delivery of service without penalty and on a voluntary basis?

2. LLU - We now have the LLU FAQ and PN have undertaken to send this out over the next two weeks. Why is it that they can inadvertently send out emails to 3500 people in one go but it will take them 2 weeks to send out the details about LLU?

3. LLU - people that were moved over although they were never sent the second email with the option to opt out are being denied and being discriminated against compared to those who did opt-out and were nevertheless migrated across. This is important still and PN need to make an undertaking to honor the commitment to pay for a cease and re-provide or to move them back to BT with themselves as originally promised. The failure to send the emails was PN's and theirs alone and as such PN need to make a commitment in writing to cover the costs.

4. LLU - What are long term problems that PN will decide merit a migration back for free on a case-by-case basis? It is too random and at the discretion of PN without any measurable facts or ability to demand a migration back by the customer.

5. Refunds - overpaying

Well, bearing in mind Mrblobby is in the process of returning to the UK, I would suggest he is given some time to put the issues before Plusnet.

The issues are in the list, it's just that it isn't going to be an overnight thing to get them resolved. It will take time but they are officially logged.

And remember, PlusNet time tends to be a lot different to actual time .

Or that countdown device that they have in the T.V show Lost...

Failure to press the numbers in the right order would spell disaster!
