Removal of Line tag

Does anyone have experience of how long it is currently taking to remove a line tag ?

Order sent from force 9 to tiscali been waiting 7 days or might I just as well throw money at BT to install a new phone line just to get rid or the Force 9 Plusnet LLU mess.

Should be five working days once Openreach know about it, but depends on what date they were told it was to be actioned, i.e. you can submit a cease today for 15th September for example

Thanks for the reply, pardon my ignorance.. who are openreach?
So far it has been 7 working days since Force 9 implemented the request but no joy so far.
This whole situation is very frustrating.

BT Wholesale have a department that deal with this and OpenReach is part of it but as I found out to my frustration they are next to useless at doing anything. I am sorry about what you are going through but hopefully your connection will be sorted soon. Give another nudge to PN to ask BT to sort it.
