My poo connection

Having had a really unstable connection after being LLU'd, I raised many tickets with +net only for nothing to happen for two months. Then on the 17th of this month, they dropped the sync speed from 4MB down to 2300kbps, that stabilised things for a few days but now my connection has become unstable again. I have asked +net five times to put be back on IPStream rather than the debacle that is LLU, I can't go about changing provider very easily as I am on LLU, what to do

PS - is it me or can anyone access the attachments on the wizard thereby it being a security issue?
