blank emails over last 24 hours

Over the last 24 hours, I have received at least four emails from known correspondents, which have contained no subject line and no message. Is this another aspect of Plusnet's present problems?

PN have been struggling with email over the last 72 to 48 hours in relation to email. There are service status updates here:

What you have received is also what others have been reporting plus not receiving any others at all. I think it is due to PN taking down a few servers due to problems.

Is any email actually being lost? If so everyone should leave plusnet - there is no excuse!
