Well PN employed the Engineer in the first place.

Perhaps he could have done better than this bodger of an engineeer.

Did the employee not say that?. Or would you rather it wasn`t mentioned. Was it not stated on here by Comms Staff that the Engineer was following proceedures laid down by Plusnet, and that what happened was a genuine mistake???.

It`s a bit different to a current employee now calling the engineer incompetant. The question is who employed this incompetant engineer, as they too must be incompetant

No, the question is, why on Earth do you care so much?

I would guess it is because he is free to do so?

Democracy doesn't require people justifying why they care about something to other people because it is a choice and he seems to have made one. I can shout from a rooftop if I care about something deeply, even if I am flawed in my assumption or beliefs, but if people aren't interested in what I have to say they will keep on walking by *because they too are free to make that choice.

Seriously, because it indicates a culture of blame others for PN`s mistakes which is endemic throughout the company. I have PM`s from a current Senior Manager in which the name of one person who was leaving the Company in the latest reorganisation is mentioned. Not only named but lambasted for the way in which he did his job.

One can only assume if a Senior Manager does this it is seen as acceptable within the Company. Do you think it`s acceptable???.

I don't think he's questioning whether or not it's acceptable, he just wants to know why you care. So realistically you can only give him one of 2 answers:

1) I care because [insert reason here] ...

or

2) None of your business.

If anyone's interested, I care, but only for entertainment purposes. This forum is by far the most mundane yet interesting forum on this board. A bit of an odd mix, methinks.

Dont get me wrong, I admire anyone who puts as much time and effort into something as you guys do about plusnet. It just seems a fairly mundane and uimportant thing to put so much time and thought into.
