PlusNet reps have often ignored me - in public at least. But they have also on occasion sent me PMs saying privately that they agree with me and that corrective measures are under way. If all the corrections which were promised here actually materialised, no-one would need to keep bringing them up.

Sorry rsharma, but pr100 has only one objective and that's to undermine the people who made his day bad all those months ago. I'd have more respect for him if he actually admitted that, but he falls back into this feigned veil of "who me?" and then moves on to the next thread to have a go at PN.

I undertake to deal with everyone in a mature and honest manner. I only intend to post something to this forum what I would be comfortable saying to the person's face and I will not get sucked in to personal arguments no matter how tempting it becomes. I also promise not to insult anyone, be rude to other people and to accept an opposing view irrespective how much I might disagree with their point of view.
