Maybe one of the F9 customers could send that email list of customer details back to them ;-)
And perhaps someone ought to tell CS that there is a change taking place on the email platform.

There will be a short period of time during which customers' mailboxes will be unavailable. The exact duration will be dependant on the size of the mailbox itself but should be no longer than 2-3 hours. In most cases this will be no longer than 30-40 seconds.
