Quickest Method of Speaking to someone at Plusnet?

Whats the quickest method to contact a member of Plusnet via telephone? I have just scoured their phone menu's for over 15 minutes and quite frankly, I'm disgusted at how difficult it is.

If anyone has experience in being able to contact Plusnet quickly I'd be greatful for any information you can provide.

I can't confirm it because I haven't had need to try yet but apparently 1, 1, 2 is a quick sequence to get you into the phone queue.
