Just seen this message on my PlusNet Portal homepage after logging in - right below the Question Update alert. What the hell does that mean?!

You know what, I might raise another ticket about it....

Raise more than a ticket if they have, eroniously, sent your name etc to debt collectors.

Well, I'm glad it's not just me. It does not look like a user-aimed alert, but it's worrying all the same, in case it triggers something. They would have no grounds for me, I am paid up as I used DD. The only thing that might muddy the water is I am awaiting a MAC to move back to IPStream from LLU.

Just logged in (on the Portal "Member Centre" page) and I'm also getting the same text, just under the text which says that PlusNet have responded to a ticket

It's an internal flag from their template system. If your details had been sent then you would probably see some content about it. However it doesn't look (On the face of it) that you have anything to worry about by its appearance - just a wee bugette ...

I've just received this on the ticket I raised:

"Sorry for the misinformation. This was spotted and raised as a Problem about 30 mins ago. You can safely ignore the debt recovery message (and it should disappear shortly). Thanks."

Did you get through on the phone? (Silly question I know) I'd be extremely concerned if I saw this associated with my account.

The sheer incompetence of this company never ceases to amaze me!
