Strange 'PlusNet' web page here which declares:
In reply to:
Customer notice
You may have noticed we are no longer selling broadband products.
This is nothing to worry about - existing customers will continue to get a great service and be fully supported.
Is it real?

looks to me that they're just selling business broadband through the f9 brand instead.

Looks like they may be consolidating their brands. More fat in the fire when you add this to the weirdness with the share price. Any idea how long plus.net.uk has been like that?

Is that not the old Plus business accounts which stoped new sign ups ages ago in favour of plusnet business accounts.

http://www.f9.net.uk/business/index.shtml
thats f9, plus the standard plusnet.co.uk / plus.net website is selling as normal

It is an old vISP business brand that PN stopped using several years ago but there are still some business customers using it hence the message stating the connections will continue to work. They no longer sell broadband via that account in favour of force9 (www.f9.net.uk)
Its original URL was www.plus.net.uk

Nope - a genuine enquiry. It's hardly my fault that Google returns an apparently current PlusNet page which turns out to be defunct and should have been taken down ages ago.

Out of interest, how much time do you actually devote to plusnet??? I mean, why are you searching google for plusnet???

Wishfull thinking more like, personally I don't think Plusnets service delivery is fit to offer ADSL in the UK in its current state.
***Amusing Plusnet Quotes***
"For the record, there is no other ISP managing a Broadband network half as efficiently as us"
Ian Wild, Communications Manager
"One thing that these guys (other ISPs) all have in common is their complete inability in being able to manage a network, which is something that we are totally transparent on and also do totally effectively."
"We've definitely changed our internal processes to make sure human error is far less likely,"
Marco Potesta, Director of Marketing

[Sigh] Let's try our very hardest not to descend to personalities, motives and conspiracy theories shall we? If you have been keeping up, PlusNet's share price has risen 30% in three days' trading and there have been rumours of a takeover bid. Where would you look for breaking news?

I wouldnt look anywhere to be honest. I`m not interested in my own ISP`s share prices, let alone any other ISP`s. The fact is, you have an unhealthy interest in Plusnet. Just face it! And you`ll say that its not because they kicked you out, but I have to wonder, if you`d never been with plusnet, would you put so much time and effort into them. I doubt it. You are arrogant, pompous, and must lead a pretty empty life if this is all you`ve got to fill your time. I realise I will get suspended for this, and I apologise in advance to the mods, who must be as fed up with you as everyone else is. For your own sake, give up the crusade, get a life, and get some fresh air.
