Re: Questions for IW

Here's another:

Why are plus net now charging users for upgrades to DSL max

As evidenced here:

One two buckle my shoe

and here

Three Four knock at the door

What happened to the FREE upgrades that every user was promised 2 years ago?

Heres my Questions

1) What have Plusnet done to secure customers data and x-customers data after they sent out that email containing everyones details.

2) How many LLU refunds have there been to date.

3) Why havent they e-mailed their customers about LLU Refunds ?

4) Are they going to e-mail customers about LLU Refunds

5) Are they going to take the ASA advice and remove " FREE " from marketing material when they have terms that mean in truth it is not free unless you have a 5 year contract.

6) If ADSLguide is so bad why are they still in metronet forums

Thats all for now , even though I think it's a waste of time as Ian Wild will only try to pull the wool yet again like he has done since his return to Plusnet.

In reply to:

Fair enough. However, I hope you understand that as a current customer I find it ridiculous that Plus Net choose not to come here and interact with me but are quite happy to have long fireside chats with non customers.

I have no problem with you holding that view but it slightly detracts from the purpose of this thread so hopefully everyone will keep this focussed.

edit: this comment was not meant to apply just to one poster btw..
