no phones

gotta love plusnets nice and redundant platform havent we.

Customer Support Telephone System (35985)
We are currently experiencing problems with our Telephone System whereby calls are not being routed to our support team, despite callers hearing them ring.

Our network engineers are currently investigating, but for the meantime we would advise customers to contact us via our website.

/me sniggers. VOIP + no redundancy + customers connections falling over = nobody can get to support.

You know why don't you? Because it's all based down at Telehouse, and when they goes wrong then everything comes crumbling down around PlusNet. Just like when they lost all of their phones last time when there was a problem at Telehouse...
