Slow P2P

Anyone else noticing excrutiatingly slow P2P transfers? Down to dial up speeds here on an MaxDSL connection.

Seems PlusNet is suffering from another evening peaktime with not enough capacity, just like they have done every evening (especially weekends) for the past few months.

pop3 and ftp also seem really really slow this evening. And on the test server which I have access to I'm getting 23.2KB/sec on a test ftp download... change the ftp:// to http:// and I get 590KB/sec or above for the whole download...

Yup, ditto. It does seem to be like this every weekend recently
