Is there any way i can find out if i am on LLU or not ?

Do a BT Login speedtest, if your on LLU it wont work.

Even easier - correct me of I'm wrong, but doesn't LLU upload at speeds above 448 kbps?

MaxDSL is set at 448 if your router shows a connection greater than this you must be on LLU.

Possibly although the premium MaxDSL products give an upload of upto aaprox 800Kb (basically the old office range of 20:1 connections). If you know you are on a basic connection and not a premium one then if your upstream is above 448kbps then yes your are on LLU.
