I did not call you a fanboy but tell me, how would you have asked to be moved back for free if the LLU FAQ didn't have the information and commitments? Since you do not see the contradiction of the situation I don't know what I could say to make you understand the issue.

I was merely pointing out that it is only an FAQ - there is nothing legally binding by it. Nevermind, it is back as it was now.

Aren't you splitting hairs? The fundamental concern would not be about changes to a FAQ but about changes in policy. And this particular LLU policy is almost the only paddle a customer has if he is up LLU creek.
