Because they are a bunch of wasters, who have no idea about customer service and have no idea what they are doing.

Both :-)

TT is a waste of space, Plusnet just mucked up Metronet, which is a shame, I heard a lot of bad things about Plusnet, which is why I Migrated from Metronet when they took over. As for TT, I don't ever want anything to do with them. the problem is, that they sell their services where I work. I try to get customers away from their sales people.

Well, I haven't read the other replies yet, but I can give you first hand experience on this, I was with Plusnet for nearly 3 years and finally had enough, I chose Talk Talk.

Both are bad ISP's, TT are not quite as bad as Plusnet, but in all honesty, I'd choose a better ISP if I were you. I'll be joining Nildram on Monday.

Best thing you can do is decide exactly what you want from an ISP, some people require less capping than others, some need more web space, some need better customer service, ETC. Then when you have decided what you need from an ISP and your price range, go ask on the Which ISP? (Residential) forums here, you will be sure to get good advice.

Good luck.

I migrated to NewNet this week. The change over was very smooth, and its great to have an Internet connection that works like it should do.
