Sorry that I didn't reply in time but I have been unwell for the last few days and have posted here during periods of being awake.

Normally what I have outlined in the LLU FAQ would apply but your circumstances are slightly different. I would be grateful if you could remind me when you asked for the MAC code and whether your ADSL has been ceased yet.

In the meantime if anyone from the PUG is reading this please raise the deferred fees issue with PN. It is clear (there is another post in the portal now) where after 1 full year of activation that PN are charging the full
