A friend who moved from Plusnet to Zen a month ago said he is pleased with the quality of Zen Customer Service and also he finds his web browsing feels much faster. He said Zen is worth the slightly higher price for the good service and peace of mind. He had got fed up with Plusnet's lack of response to tickets and their inability to fix any recent problems.
