Snail mail quicker than PlusNet email!!!

Why, o why do we put up with this? Emails taking more than 48 hours to be delivered. A 1st Class stamp can beat this to anywhere in the UK!!!!

Please tell me - is service like this unique to Plus Net, or do other ISPs provide a similarly unacceptable level of service. I have no interest in Budhism, but ZEN internet is becoming more and more a possibility with every passing problem

No, it's just Plusnet. I can't find another ISP I've got dealings with that provides such a poor service. The closest I can find is tiscali who regularly 421 "server busy" incoming mail for a large number of the receiving MX's they use.

But really, still nothing like the number of times our end to end tests fail on plusnet.

No problem with my email since leaving PN in June. I went, the email problems stayed.
