cant even get migration right :(

[link to this post]

it started with a mac code, i passed this on to seriously-internet and they started to process it 'great' i thought!

a week passed and i got an email from them saying BT came back saying it was delayed by a week, i thought 'not a problem', a week passed again, i asked them to chase it and supprise who's fault it is for the delay!

plusnet have placed a cease on my line rather then do a migration, i dont really know what the impact of this is on me but it sure as hell is annoying, i have created a thread with plusnet support asking them to explain why this has happened but judging by responce times i dont expect any kind of answer for about 4 days!

has anyone else had similar experiances or have any useful advice about this? apart from waiting for plusnet to reply i really dont know how to approach this!

Sorry for not posting this earlier but I missed it in all the arguments of the last few days.

I didn't have problems when I migrated but thoughts that have crossed my mind

Were you on LLU and used a LLU MAC?
What wording did you use? (If you asked for a cease at anytime then this could be the reason)
Have you tried emailing James Bailey or Ian Wild (or other comms agents)?
It might be worth posting on PUG if you still have a PN connection to create an account with as the PN reps frequent there.

I also wonder when the cease was placed and for what date as BT should of known this when they first delayed the migration (and informed Seriously).
