Re: So, are we......

Considering:

1) Sky are new

2) Sky have nearly 500k of customers within & months or so (2 and a half times more than Plusnet)

3) If Plusnet had 500k of customers, would their network support it? No it annot even support 200k of customers

Tiscali are just poor anyway, and Talk Talk have a major problem with CS and lack of LLU equipment.

I would expect to see an awful lot more complaints, but I don't.

Also having had the benefit of been on Plusnet and Sky and being able to make a decision as to which one is better, there is no contest - Sky!

Perhaps a trip to Specsavers may help....LOL...

It wouldn't be too difficult for Sky to be better than PN, but the ratings for Sky are about as bad.

Just to say that I've seen ratings elsewhere (dslzoneuk.net) which also has PN ranked in a low position, near TT and Tiscali.

I've used Tiscali (wholesale, ie via another ISP) in the past with no problems, but that was a long time before LLU became widespread. I've not been tempted to try TalkTalk (though CPS service on one line is with TT).
