PlusNet Faults - 0114 2965188

F9 Business Support - 0114 2965180
F9 Faults - 0114 2965186

Free-Online Support - 0114 2965199
Free-Online Business Support - 0114 2965179
Free-Online Faults - 0114 2965183

These numbers will be in operation from tomorrow morning and will be added to all contact us details on the portal.

As always, we value your feedback and comments and hope that you find the new contact numbers a helpful addition if you ever need to contact us.

Kind Regards,

Good news..... doesn't mean PN can keep people on the phone longer though

Another step in the right direction.

Not putting a dampener on it, but if you were that confident in your CS etc, a freephone number would have been something to shout about.

You're halfway there though, so praise when its due, Well done.

Wingoco, you clutch at straws and put an anti negative spin on everything... please explain what is not good about introduction of geographical number in parallel with 0845. Fire away I'm keen to see your incisive detailed logic at work for a change!

Paddy, my ISP has had geographic numbers for as long as I can remember. No big announcement, no look aren't we great. PN pride themselves as being 2 years ahead of the opposition

My ISP has never used premium rate phone numbers either. Instead of applauding every single thing PN do, why not be selective and retain some credibility

Good news. Is there any chance of having a SIP number so we can call for free?

But nobody was making a big fanfair about it. PN Have anounced the new number, someone paddy mentioned it was good news (which for customers it is) and he also said it was another step in the right direction i.e. indicating that they still have improvements to make.

Yes your ISP may have a geographic number (as does mine) but a lot of ISPs do not and some also have 0870 numbers and premium rate numbers. That does not alter the fact that moving to a geographic number will be a big benefit to some people especially with packages including free minutes more and more now.

Great im glad they have... its a good thing.. BUT.. you have not answered the question.

What was the need for the negative personal post? Whats the negative aspect, whats the downside... just another anti rant for the sake of it? your credibility really does suffer when you do that... motive becomes very transparent.... not linking facts to reality does do that. Lots of negatives with plusnet particularly in the past, less so these days but you choose to rant on a negative.. Seems someone posts positively you need to shoot it down, regardless of the facts.. shame on you...
