Any chance of the Mods tagging the OP's login so that it comes with the ISP disclaimer on the bottom?

Only for the sake of clarity, of course.

Thanks for the reminder. I've just dropped the team an email asking for this to be done.

> Good news. Is there any chance of having a SIP number so we can call for free?

Every chance, but not with our current phone system and probably not at any time in the near future due to other priorities in the business. In the same time frame we also want to have a good look at real-time online chat based support and a couple of other food ideas.

This one was a nice easy quick win for us in a year when we have a very heavy improvement schedule (See our plans for 2007!) - I'd love to add more to the list, but to do so would mean dropping things which are just as impactful and important. I'm hoping we've nearly done enough to demonstrate what we are aiming to do in terms of making sure our customers find us the most helpful, knowledgeable and fast to respond support teams in the industry.

<ducks>
All you can eat can come back again just as soon as the wholesale costs allow!

All that needs to happen is for it to not to be the case that a customer can cost an ISP
