Are you referring to the concept or what looks like a mangled pound sign due to UTF8/ASCII/UNICODE encoding issues (which may be down to your browser settings)

Yep, and I see it's a Plusnet problem. I'll wait for them to fix it until clicking "CHANGE" I think!
