Contacting PN when barred because I'm abroad

[link to this post]

I know this may be OT but I'm at my wits end. Please help. After receiving hundreds of spam mails courtesy of PN I tried to follow thier advice and exchange my password. Easy I hear you cry. EXCEPT I'm in Thailand, this is the 6th internet shop I've tried and all PN does is redirect my sign-in details to http://www.plus.net/information/membercentre_holding.shtml

So I'll email? but thier reply says go to the web page and where does that take me?
A newsgroup message I think? No the node is denied!
An international phone call and voice mail for 10's of minutes at a time? I tried it to be told "at least 20 minutes"

So, PLEASE, can anyone supply me with a valid email address that doesn't involve logging on the the [censored] website and being passed to the link above. I can't even cancel the contract without contacting them.

Apologies, I thought my addy was on my profile, it's now been added.

I've emailed the OP in any case so we'll get this sorted for him.
