Plusnet and FTP

Hello, I'm new around here so I hope I'm putting this on the right forum.
I'm thinking of changing to PlusNet, I'm a domestic user but I manage two small web sites for which I use Terrapin FTP.
Does anyone know if I'll still be able to use FTP with ANY PlusNet package?

Have a look here and you can see that upstream speeds are not restricted unlike downstream speeds at peak times so website maintenance shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks for that, I think I understand. When you say "upstream" are you referring to the action of uploading files from my pc to the server?
