Another constructive post, well done, keep it up. Your posts are so well thought out, constructive, accurate and not personal, pity we can't have much more of these type. Excellent.

"but we will only have the answer if it ever happens."

Perhaps a promise now might go a looooong way!

All a promise now will do is to give certain people a stick to beat PlusNet with in the future if they ever, for some reason, fail to keep the promise.

I think if everyone is honest, the amount of so called Plusnet Beatings, has significantly reduced.

Why?

Perhaps because Plusnet have finally accepted that they did do wrong and have made postive steps to rectify them.

If they ever repeat their mistakes,

1) They deserve the so called Beatings

2) They probably won't survive

I welcome all the changes that have had a postive reaction and experience for their endusers.

Six months, twelve months or years it's the PAST. Some of us move on and not live in the past to try to score points when there are none to score.

I can't agree with that.

What plusnet have done is the barest minimum they could get away with. They haven't even been bothered to answer the questions posed to them a month ago, preferring to dedicate their time to "oooh, look, a new cable" or TalkTalk's misdemeanours.

Congratulate plusnet

[re: deleted] [link to this post]

You're right. I think plusnet have gone at least 48 hours without screwing up. We can all agree that that is cause for celebration and congratulation.

12 months ago, they would not have done anything.

but how do we know if they haven't answered the questions, you are assuming the negative, I'm assuming they have done more than the minimum, others on here may assume they have gone over everything. All we are doing is speculating based on little or no information.
