I think we all agree Seb, thing is it would not seem right if us trouble makers expressed or told people to behave.

Although looking at the News, Sheffield is in a bad way, so I will break tradition and pass on my best wishes for all who are affected.

Over the last two months, PlusNet staff have shown absolutely **** all concern for my problems caused by their ineptitude, have made no attempt to react in a decent, honourable way, and have shown nothing in the way of genuine regret or sympathy. So forgive me if I treat them with the contempt they deserve. If they'd shown any signs of having a conscience in the last few months, then I'd treat them with one.

Joking about someone dying in this way is not appropriate even if you think they are inept, and shows clear contempt to those who have actually died.

One of whom was a family friend of a member of staff here. Which is extremely saddening. The thought that someone would dare mock such an occurance is disgusting.

Have you not noticed that not one single person has jumped to your defence? Those of us who have been alongside you in criticising PlusNet, those of us who also have been impacted by their ineptitude and are angry. Do you not get it? You've gone too far and frankly have shown yourself to be a damn site worse than PlusNet.

If I were the moderators I'd have sadly locked this thread and banned you while you cool of and get some perspective.

I'm very sorry for that person, and they have my sympathy. However, for PlusNet to use this situation to try piggy back off to get some good press is far more contemptible in my book.

I'd hardly call what they're doing trying to get good press.

There are some real people, documenting real events, on a couple of forums. It's normal behaviour when faced with something like this. Nowhere has there been any spin, any marketing, anything.

You on the other hand have needlessly come into this thread and come out with some frankly appalling statements and do not even have the decency to step down from them or apologise, instead continuing to deep yourself into an ever deeper hole and push your own agenda.

I'm sorry, but while many of us will not easily forget the mistakes PlusNet have made, I think you'll find we will also not forget your mistakes here today.
