Level 3 management

It says I'm in level 3 management but nowhere on their site does it say what that means can, someone give me a link.

Took some hunting but found it, try clicking on the link for your product in the first table on http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/quality_broadband/traffic_management_peak_usage.shtml
